Project-Startup-to-Post-Mortem Process

  • Define the charter of the project -- purpose and scope, budget, methodology, factors critical to success, key performance indicators, metrics, project management processes.
  • Assess the state of business processes, stakeholder relationships, and cultural supports for the project.
  • Justify expected benefits, costs and risks.
  • Define the role(s) for each stakeholder including skills and support expected.
  • Formulate and execute a Team Operating Agreement among all stakeholders.
